Why am I not seeing results on Mounjaro yet?
Quote from Guest on April 22, 2026, 11:35 amI started Mounjaro a few weeks ago with pretty high expectations, especially after hearing how effective it can be. I’ve tried to stay disciplined with meals and not overeat, but the results are either very slow or not visible at all. Is it too early to judge, or could something be off?
Quote from Guest on April 24, 2026, 10:07 amEarly stages can be misleading. The body often needs time to respond, and initial changes may not reflect immediately on the scale. Factors like water retention, hormonal balance, and even meal composition play a role. It’s worth exploring deeper explanations, such as those discussed by Evernu , where different underlying reasons are outlined. Sometimes the issue isn’t effort but how the body adapts, meaning patience and small tweaks can eventually lead to noticeable progress.
