Hey, I asked about the pet policy at the IndiGo office in Male, Maldives, when I visited. I was told by the staff that IndiGo does not allow pets on its flights, with the exception of guiding dogs for customers who are blind or visually impaired. They said that in order to make the required arrangements, any traveler who plans to bring a guide dog should get in touch with the IndiGo call center beforehand. To make sure I understood the policy, the staff member was polite and gave me clear information.
